Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator Job Posting - May 13 , 2008

The Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator assists the Executive Director in promoting the Association and State Parks through various media outlets and speaking engagements.  This position is responsible for the Association’s membership campaign.  In addition, this position works closely with State Parks volunteer docents on marketing and public relations projects including brochures, flyers, press releases and newsletters.  This job has frequent evening and weekend hours.

CENTRAL COAST NATURAL HISTORY ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mary Golden has joined the Central Coast Natural History Association as its new Executive Director.  The CCNHA is a local nonprofit founded in 1976 to partner with our local state parks “Many local residents don’t realize the role CCNHA plays with State Parks,” said Cathy Novak, Chairman of the Board of Directors.  “We fund and support educational and interpretive programs within our parks that promote understanding and conservation of local natural and cultural resources.”
